Provides disaster relief services to the citizens of Bedford, Cannon, Clay, Coffee, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Overton, Marshall, Moore, Pickett, Putnam, Rutherford, Van Buren, Warren, and White Counties. Also provides programs and educational opportunities including CPR and First Aid, swimming lessons, life guarding classes, HIV/AIDS education, blood drives, babysitting training, and others.
