Description:

A department of city government which provides a variety of social service programs for Chattanooga/Hamilton County residents. Programs include foster grandparents, commodities, energy assistance, Emergency Food and Shelter, Project Share, Project Water Help, child care, weatherization, head Start, and family counseling services.
