Description:

The mission of Bledsoe County's Adult Education Program is consistent with the purposes stated in Title II of the Workforce Investment Act. The mission of Bledsoe County's adult education program is to provide adult education and literacy services in order to:
-Assist adults in becoming literate and in obtaining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for employment and self-sufficiency
-Assist adults who are parents to obtain the educational skills necessary to become full partners in the educational development of their children
-Assist adults in the completion of a secondary school education.

The Bledsoe County Adult Education program is a year round program. We offer day and night classes at the Adult Education Center. We also offer Distance Ed and Basic Computer Skills throughout the county.
