NOTE: A Federal judge has ordered that TennCare must provide hearings for people who have been waiting to get into the program. Anyone waiting since Oct 1, 2013 and going forward who has not heard back about their TennCare eligibility in 45 days since applying, or 90 days if applying on the basis of disability can call (855) 259-0701 to request a hearing. Must provide proof of applying (such as a federal application ID number from or a letter)
